Validity :

• Depends on Brand mostly it is 1 year.
• If the validity of the card expires can’t extend the validity (exceptional cases will need to check with the brand).

Activation TAT :

• EGV is 24 hours.
• Physical 1 to 4 working days as it is activation post delivery.

Redemption :

• Online and offline depends on brand.
• One time use voucher (can be used only in single transaction).
• Multiple vouchers can be clubbed in a single transaction (there is a set limit for clubbing of vouchers) depends on brand.

Refund :

• No refund can be done for unused balance in case of one time use vouchers.
• In case of validity of card expires the amount cannot be refunded.
