Care & Use : 

• Always lift up the mug vertically. No excessive pull/knock/draw/hit on the product, it may cause damage.
• Do not use bleach, chlorine, abrasive and/ or other harsh chemicals to clean the product.
• Keep out of the reach of children when filled with hot beverage.
• If hot liquid is added, do not open the lid when the product is tilted or close to human face. Hot stream could be spouted out due to built-in heat pressure.
• Do not place near direct fire.
• Do not disassemble or repair the mug.
• Do not use metal cleaner (e.g steel ball) on the product surface, it may cause damage.
• Wash all parts with warm soapy water before use. Always store with lid removed and let all parts  to dry thoroughly.
• Do not use in microwave, oven, freezer or dishwasher.
• If filling with boiling water, hot water pot must not be touching with the No Spill Mug body to avoid accidental burn, spill or damage. Allow boiling water to cool down for at least 3 minutes before placing lid on.
• Do not overfill the mug.
• Not suitable for dry ice or carbonated beverage.
